I ended up waited a good 6 weeks with little communation from their portion. The staffs are friendly adequate to reply inside a timely way Each time I arrive at out with concerns and issues. I just wish they'd at least give me weekly updates In particular as a whole new purchaser! I absolutely reccommend meowoff to anybody only if you are put toget
